With the aid of online tools such as email, zoom / video calling and strategies that utilise sending and receiving performance videos. This data is then used to design your nutrition plan and training prescription.
Longer participation with your coach will often mean a better understanding of your responsiveness to various training and diet prescriptions.
This is your one-on-one PT session with your Coach. You will be making active progress towards your goals outlined in your consultation.
